Delivery Services

We partner with NZ Post, Aramex, and Mainfreight to ensure secure and timely delivery across New Zealand. Delivery fees are based on the size, weight, destination of your items, and the delivery provider chosen during checkout.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary depending on the items in your order. Larger or heavier items and deliveries to rural areas may incur higher charges.
  • For precise delivery costs, please refer to the shipping details provided during checkout or contact our staff.

Pick-Up Options

  • Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our store at Hobsonville.
  • Pick-Up Address: Unit 8, 6 Workspace Drive, Hobsonvile, Auckland 0618.
  • Pick-Up Hours: 10:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Sunday, except public holidays.
  • Appointment Required: To ensure smooth service, please schedule your pick-up in advance, as our store may not always have staff available on-site.
  • Our team members will contact you when your items are ready for pick up.
  • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or receipt for verification.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
  • Deliveries are normally made to your door only (ground floor only).
  • The delivery staff will follow the standard delivery instructions/directions while fulfilling the orders. No responsibility will be taken for unavoidable delays. 
  • A redelivery fee may be charged if the customer fails to accept the goods the delivery arrives.
  • Within 24 hours of receiving goods, any damages that have occurred during transit should be reported to the carrier & store.
