Return Policy

At Orion Curtains & Blinds, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns. Please carefully review our policy below:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Made Products: Any custom-made curtains, blinds, or other made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are tailored specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.
  • Installed or Used Items: Products that have been installed, used, or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-custom, ready-made products under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  2. For readymade curtains, the product cannot have been gathered.
  3. All accessories are included.
  4. The item is securely wrapped and includes the delivery slip.
  5. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  6. A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  7. The return will be at your cost and risk.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please email us at hi@orioncurtains.co.nz or call 0211155271 to initiate the return process and receive approval.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days for eligible items, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Please provide clear photos and a description of the issue for verification.

Important Notes

  • Custom-made items (e.g., curtains, blinds, or products designed to your specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Sale items or clearance products are typically non-returnable unless faulty.
