  2. Ready-Made Curtains: 1 years
  3. Blinds: 1 years
  4. Smart Curtain Bot: 1 year

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Custom-Made Curtains:
    • Our custom-made curtains are covered under a 2-year warranty, ensuring that they are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty includes issues related to the construction and durability of the custom-made curtains.
  2. Ready-Made Curtains:
    • Ready-made curtains are covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues related to the materials used in the ready-made curtains.
  3. Blinds:
    • Blinds come with a 1-year warranty, providing coverage for any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty ensures the proper functioning and durability of the roller blinds.
  4. Smart Curtain Bot:
    • The Curtain Bot is covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in the technology, electronics, or manufacturing of the Smart Curtain Bot.

Warranty Claims:

  1. Initiating a Warranty Claim:
    • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via email: hi@orioncurtains.co.nz.
    • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.
  2. Inspection and Resolution:
    • Our team will review your warranty claim and may require the item to be returned for inspection.
    • If the item is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions:

  1. Misuse or Neglect:
    • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care of the product.
  2. Alterations or Modifications:
    • Any alterations or modifications to the product not performed by Orion Curtains & Blinds will void the warranty.
